A Dementia Friendly Group for Whalley Range, Chorlton and Fallowfield meets regularly at JNR8 Whalley Range Community Forum.
Offers a support service for people in Manchester who have issues around mental health, elderly people who are showing early signs of dementia and people at risk of becoming socially isolated.
AT Dementia – Assistive Technology and Dementia
Provides information on Assistive Technology that can help people with dementia live more independently. Including useful advice and product suggestions about equipment and where to by it and a discussion forum.

Dementia Revealed Document
A document written for GPs and practice nurses but we feel could be useful to anyone who is interested. The document describes what dementia is, the different types, the general way that it is diagnosed and what can happen after diagnosis. Ask your GP or practice nurse if you have any questions.
