Low carb diet and diabetes

Recent studies have found the low-carbohydrate diet method to controlling blood glucose very successful. Studies are highlighting the possibility that more people could reduce or remove the need to take medication with a low carb diet.

Eating to prevent/reverse/improve diabetes

The good news is that we know that one of the best things that we can do to prevent, reverse or improve type 2 diabetes. It can be hard to change habits and there are so many “diets” out there but the clear message is that losing weight can halt progression to diabetes and even reverse the common type of (early) diabetes if it has already developed.
