A group of volunteer patients, carers and surgery staff who meet regularly to discuss and support the running of the surgery.
Patient Participation Groups look at the services offered, patient experience and how improvements can be made for the benefit of everyone.
The current PPG has existed since January 2013.
We have a small number of patient members at present, and hope more patients will get involved.
We meet bi-monthly at midday on Mondays at the Surgery.
Any patient can attend a meeting and join us.
We work with representatives of the practice staff – administration, management and medical – to discuss any issues concerning patients with the aim of improving the services offered to patients.
We cannot discuss personal medical issues
